The website
is only
the surface.

We build the systems, brands and media that move businesses and athletes forward.

Four elements.
One house.

Strategy, systems, web and media working as one. Most studios hand you a piece. This is the machinery.

05Live system demo

See how it works.Try it yourself.

A real booking, moving through a real system. Not a video, not screenshots — the same machinery we build for gyms, hotels and coaches, running on fabricated data.

Choose what you run

  • Gym / FitnessReady
  • HotelSoon
  • Coach / TrainerSoon
  • Athlete brandSoon

Gym is built first. The rest run on the same four systems with a different seed.

  1. 01

    Book a session

A customer picks a service, a date and a time, and books themselves in.

  2. 02

    It lands in the system

The booking appears in the owner’s screen and the customer is matched against existing records.

  3. 03

    Automation works

Reminders queue for the day before and the morning of. Nobody has to remember.

  4. 04

    Invoice generated

The invoice is raised against the booking with a payment link attached.

  5. 05

    Payment tracked

Money in, money owed, and what it did to the month — in plain English.

06Selected work

Proof, not portfolio.

Three builds where the system mattered more than the surface.

  • 01

    Louie Doherty

An athlete platform that runs itself

Shop, admin CMS, a fight record that recomputes itself in the database, and cookie-free analytics that need no consent banner.

    • Shop & orders
    • Self-managed content
    • Enquiry capture
    • Honest numbers
  • 02

    RAW Bulgar

A studio that takes its own bookings

Podcast studio in Phuket. Availability, service selector and deposits — the WhatsApp back-and-forth removed entirely.

    • Booking & availability
    • Enquiry capture
  • 03

    BULGAR

The operations platform behind the studio

Five portals in production: intake with duplicate matching, delivery planner, invoicing with payment links, partner-gym booking, four scoped roles.

    426 tests in productionInternal
    • One inbox
    • Job board
    • Invoice → link → paid
    • Role-based access
07Athlete ecosystem

A career is a business.

Fighters, coaches and teams get the same treatment as any other operator: the system first, then the brand that makes people want to be near it.

  • 01

    Identity

A mark and a visual system that survives a walkout, a poster and a phone screen.

  • 02

    Platform

A site that sells, books and captures — not a link in a bio.

  • 03

    Sponsorship

Inventory, activation and reporting a sponsor can actually read.

  • 04

    Audience

Content and campaigns that compound instead of disappearing.

08Bulgar Labs

Experiments, kept in the open.

Digital experiments exploring interaction, motion, products and new ways of presenting ideas online. Where a build starts from a licensed foundation, it says so.

  • L01Licensed GetLayers foundation

    Soda

A rotatable 3D product page — texture-swapping flavour switch, choreographed with GSAP, rebranded end to end.

    • model-viewer
    • glTF
    • GSAP
    Launch
  • L02Licensed GetLayers foundation

    Vesper

Scroll-driven WebGL — orb, brain and galaxy scenes with custom shaders and smooth scroll.

    • React Three Fiber
    • GLSL
    • Lenis
    Launch
  • L03Original build

    Ascent

A scroll-pinned growth story: a fixed node the timeline moves through, a split-flap odometer and a generated pixel field. Zero dependencies.

    • Canvas 2D
    • Vanilla JS
    Launch
  • L04Licensed GetLayers foundation

    Artefakt

A technical-apparel storefront: a Draco-compressed jacket lit in real time, an exploded material stack scrubbed by scroll, and text that decodes as it arrives.

    • Three.js
    • Draco glTF
    • Lenis
    Launch

Tell us whatyou run.

We start with the system underneath — what takes the booking, what chases the money, what the owner sees on a Monday. The brand and the media follow it.
